Reflection on your writing process: letter to the professor.
Answer the following questions in a brief letter to the professor. 1.
Overall, are you confident that your essay meets the expectations of the
assignment? Why or why not? 2. What was the most difficult part of the
assignment for you? How did you overcome it? 3. Looking back, what would you do differently next time? 4. What
writing skills or techniques do you think we need to work on most as a
class going forward?
I am still in beginning stage of the assignment. I have found all my sources, but have difficulty experessing my thoughts and Moffets thoughts on them. Moffets language in his book is a little complex, making it difficult to understand. the most difficult part of this assignment is expressing myself of Moffets ideas. I know you mentioned that when writing a paper we dont necessarily have to start with an intro, but just to pick an idea and start writing about it and work on an intro later, but even that is difficult for me. I will go to the writing center tough to have them help me map out my paper. Next time i will read an article or a book and write down in my own words what i think it means. writing things down somehow brings clarity to me. i think we shoud work on discussing different ways to write our thought on a topic or someone elses idea and how to continue on with the paper.
